Recently, the city has implemented a series of communication activities, seminars, conferences, promotion programs, and links in many fields to promote strong digital transformation on all 3 pillars of government. However, with the current infrastructure, 76% of businesses in the city are still outside the industrial revolution 4.0; only about 19% of new enterprises joined the industrial revolution 4.0; the city’s online application rate is still low; The rate of overdue dossiers arose in some fields and units of the city…
Digital transformation in Hai Phong still has many difficulties and challenges such as: Digital infrastructure is still unsatisfactory, digital data is still small, online public services have not been used much by people, and e-commerce not yet popular… Hai Phong’s digital transformation ranking is at 21st, not commensurate with the socio-economic and reform rankings… Therefore, on the basis of the recommendations of the workshop, The city will review the tasks and have appropriate solutions to effectively implement digital transformation in the near future.
